Over the years I have accumulated a big dose of experience  in the health and fitness industry both as a coach as well as a professional fitness model.
​I have built a lifestyle of hard work, discipline and grit. Now I have decided to put my knowledge available for a wider audience than just the select clientele I used to serve with my bespoke coaching programs. Over the years I have formed my own methodology which has proven results time after time. The optimal blueprint to your absolute potential.
My clients have different backgrounds, from models, athletes to recreative fitness lovers and people who know their health’s worth and they all have different goals and thus a different path to walk. I lead, educate and strengthen both mind and body.

I’m a strategist, and designing fitness programs need proper strategy. The quality of a program is highly secondary to the creative skills and experience of the coach as the implement value of the client’s biological setup. Therefore I work with advanced analytics and biomarker reports. We’ll find the protocol that works for you personally and the power gained of this knowledge is for a lifetime.

With on-site coaching, we'll meet face-to-face for challenging workouts. Also checkups are available on location.

Empowerment of body and mind will be maximised through lifestyle transformation support and professional tuition on the primary factors involved. 

On-site coaching includes:
  • Personal training
  • ​Checkups
  • ​Baseline testing
  • Personal HR-zones tracking
  • Made to measure nutrition program
  • Made to measure workout program
  • Weekly data analysis and high performance reforming strategies according to the new data


With each goal comes a game plan. Each package comes with a workout program so you can stay on track with training outside of the one-on-one training sessions. For those in need of stand alone personal training, without the whole coaching service, both a single training or otherwise an eight times bundle are offered.

On-site packages:

3 month program including 1 personal training session a week: €920,-/month
3 month program including 2 personal training sessions a week: €1400,-/month
3 month program including 3 personal training sessions a week: €1840,-/month
3 month program including 4 personal training sessions a week: €2240,-/month

Personal training only:
Single training: €150,-
​4 times: €560,- (viable for two months)
8 times: €1080,- (viable for two months)
16 times: €2080,- (viable for four months)

I offer a limited amount of personal training sessions a week for those in need of  workout guidance, a mentor and coach to keep them on track.
Note that my workouts are not for the faint of heart and are developed with a strategy in mind to reach goals in the best way possible. I use special training techniques to enhance the overall effectiveness of the workouts and unorthodox principles will be applied.

​These one-on-one sessions can very well be combined (but not required) with the remote coaching program as a follow-up for online aftercare.

This service is only available on location in a personal facility in the centre of Amsterdam, IJburg's finest premium gym or at the client's home/private gym. Outdoor workouts and other arrangements can be made  upon request.
